Over the past 8+ years, I’ve worked across industries like fintech, banking, energy, insurance, and edtech, collaborating with companies such as Tata, Google, Bajaj, and international banks, including teams in the UK & USA.
I’ve hired designers, reviewed over 500 portfolios, mentored 50+ designers, and led teams of 25+ designers and engineers. This has given me a clear, practical understanding of what companies actually look for when hiring designers, and why many portfolios fail to stand out despite good effort.
